Portugal is a relatively new market and one which we are developing at quite a pace. We currently have one park on the Algarve but will shortly be launching a number of new parks. THE AREA

Caliço Park is situated on Portugal’s Algarve coast, known locally as the California of Europe. Twenty kilometres of unspoilt coastline – with not a high rise building in sight – just small traditional villages and long sandy beaches.  The nearest large towns are Villa Real and the unspoilt fishing port of Tavira, both very pretty and historic towns and only a twenty minute drive away. The beautiful sandy Monta Rota beach is just a ten minute drive and there are three golf courses in the area, with a new Jack Nicolas signature course being built just 1 km away.

Mobile homes start from under £30,000 and go up to £75,000. Buyers of most Park Homes are able to design their own floor planes and décor. Park Homes can be tailored to suit the individual buyer’s lifestyle.
